Blue footed Booby. Head down!

A Blue Footed Booby sculpture.
This listing is for a SINGLE Booby. 
Head down! (Can be bought alongside Head up! to make a pair!)
It is approximately 25cm tall and 20cm at it's widest points.
They stand on a metal base 11cm in diameter.
Boobies like to do funny dances to show off their amazing blue feet during courtship so if you purchase the pair, they can be presented side by side, or positioned closer together as they show off their feet to each other

They are part of my range of polymer clay sculptures that are full of character, and meant to spark a little joy in your home.
No sculpture is the same, so you get a completely unique, one of a kind piece of art that has taken hours of work from conception to the finished piece. 
I have lovingly sculpted each figure using a foil and wire armature to form the shape, and then I add detail using polymer clay, and cook him to create a hard wearing form!
Each sculpture is then hand painted in acrylic and given a coating of matt varnish.
