SHIPPING POLICY
All orders for the UK are posted with Royal Mail via 2ND class recorded, or special delivery, depending on the size of the parcel.

All international orders are sent with Royal Mail via a tracked (or signed for, where tracked is not available) service depending on the allowance of that country.
​
I always aim to post within 3 days of purchase for in stock items, however custom orders may take longer.

Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply in their own country. I am NOT responsible for such fees, or any delays due to customs.
European orders are now facing new international taxes when ordering from the UK, so EU customers will need to use my Etsy shop for the time being.
I do not collect import tax on behalf of your country so it will be required upon delivery of your parcel. I will contact any EU orders prior to postage to confirm if they wish to continue with their order with the additional charges on arrival in mind.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Order cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of an order being placed.
​
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and posted back within 14 days.
Proof of postage is required, and any refunds can only be issued once the item has been received in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was sent.
Refunds will then be issued minus the original postage cost.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom orders cannot be returned.
